- Access to Drawings: Technical drawings require a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification and NIST registration with an assessment score not more than 3 years old. Requests for drawings must be sent by the JCP Custodian to Hannah.murphy7.civ@us.navy.mil with the subject "N6660426Q0106 Drawing Request" and a copy of the company’s DD2345.
