Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Location: Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

• Protection of Existing Vegetation, Structures, Equipment, Utilities, and Improvements (FAR 52.236-9).

• Contractor must coordinate utility cutovers and interruptions, ensuring new utility lines are complete before interrupting existing service.

Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the technical requirements for a comprehensive painting project for Building 1005 and its auxiliary structure, 1005F, located at Michael Road, Hadnot Point Industrial Area. The goal is to achieve a fully restored, protected, and aesthetically uniform finish on all previously painted exterior surfaces.

• Complete surface preparation and application of specified coating systems.

• Repair of surface and substrate deficiencies (cracks, spalls, holes).

• Cleaning of all surfaces to remove dirt, oil, grease, and biological growth.

• Removal of non-adherent existing coatings (blistering, cracking, flaking, peeling).
