- Replacement of deteriorated exterior joint sealants.
- Application of specified coating systems, primers, and topcoats to achieve a uniform, defect-free finish, meeting or exceeding MPI tables for dry film thickness.
- Replication of existing stenciled signage and re-establishment of markings on exposed piping.
