Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for the installation of office workplace furniture, specifically Allsteel Essentials Storage, within Building 10854 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The goal is to provide and install new furniture that meets customer requirements and fits the physical environment.

• Provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment for the project.

• Install storage cabinets, lateral files, combination cabinets, and laminate tops on the first, third, fourth, and fifth floors of Building 10854.

• Match the existing master key system for lockable storage.

• Clean the worksite upon completion, including vacuuming and trash removal.

• Provide an itemized quote including labor, design hours (AutoCAD, meetings, site visits), and a 2D Floor Plan and 3D Image.

• Freestanding Metal Storage: Metal, solid-steel storage with baked enamel paint, square/integral pull styles, and lockable features matching the master key system.
