Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To design, purchase, deliver, and install one complete Restroom Trailer for the 649th MUNS at Hill AFB, UT.

• Restroom Trailer Specifications:

  • Exterior: Heavy gauge aluminum (charcoal gray), 30" entrance doors with keyed alike locks, diamond plate rock guard, lighting above steps and doors, one-piece roof, gender signs, skylights.
  • Chassis: All steel box frame and cage, heavy duty tongue jack, spare tire mount, aluminum wheels, chip resistant undercoating, jacks for raising/lowering, generator mount, 2-5/16" trailer receiver.
  • Interior: Waterproof flooring and subfloor, FRP-2-Tone commercial walls, occupied/vacant locks, safety mirrors, fully insulated walls/ceiling, mounted fire extinguisher, double roll toilet paper dispensers, stainless steel soap dispensers, stainless steel C-Fold paper towel dispensers, stainless steel countertops, hands-free faucets, hands-free soap dispensers.
  • Plumbing: 130-gallon water tank, 300-gallon waste tank, 3 sinks, 3/4" city water/hose connection, floor drains, commercial PEX water lines, individual shut-off valves for toilets/sinks, 3-inch drain line, heated waste hoses.
  • Electrical: 13,500 BTU ducted AC unit, LED interior/exterior lighting, dusk to dawn entrance lighting, stair lighting, 110V outlets, 12V fans with roof vent, electric hot water heater, heaters in all rooms, waste tank heating, backup generator, GFI outlets, solar panels, heavy duty power cords.

• Warranty: 2 years from the date of completion for defects due to improper materials, workmanship, or arrangement.

• Defect Notification: Owner must provide written notice of defective work within 10 days of discovery.

• Corrective Action: Contractor must respond with a corrective plan within 30 days of written notice.

• Delivery to Hill AFB, Utah 84056.

• Government Furnished Property: 2 dedicated 120V circuits (20amp and 30amp) within 15' of final location, water connection within 15', level surface.

• Work Hours: Normal hours are 0730-1600 Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Off-hours work requires written request 3 business days in advance.

• Personnel: Contractor must provide a list of all personnel and vehicles requiring access to Hill AFB. Personnel must be qualified and comply with contract clause 5352.242-9000.

• Clean Up: General housekeeping required daily. Construction debris must be disposed of off-base at contractor's expense, complying with all regulations. Damage to existing facilities or vegetation must be repaired at contractor's expense.

• Hazardous Waste: Contractor is responsible for knowing, labeling, storing, manifesting, transporting, and disposing of hazardous waste according to Federal, State, and Local laws.

• Utilities: Electricity provided by the government. No government telephones. No government furnished storage.

• Damage: Any damage to government property caused by the contractor must be repaired at contractor's expense within 14 days.

• Payment: Net 30 days upon submittal of approved invoices via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

• Access: Hill AFB requires a police check for access; visitors need valid ID and/or driver's license.
