Gray market items are not acceptable; offerors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller, and provide proof of authorization.
- Evaluation: Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government will award a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements and is most advantageous based on criteria in sections L and M of the Solicitation.
