Project Description

The renovation of Building 32 (B32) involves five bays (H, I, K, L, M) and work in Bay G (boiler central plant). The scope includes interior demolition of existing drop ceilings, flooring, toilet rooms, and MEP systems in bays H through M. New work in Bays H and I will create auditoriums, classrooms, conference rooms, and workstations. Bays K, L, and M will feature an open-floor concept. Additionally, chilled water and heating hot water plants will be upgraded with new pumps, chillers, and steam to hot water heat exchangers.
