Scope of Work
This requirement involves comprehensive facility renovation services for Room A127, Bay A, Building 350. Key tasks include:
- Demolition: Removal of old security hardware devices, electrical power wiring and conduit (including 240V and 120V boxes/switches), extruding metal hardware, and an old security camera with its mount and wiring.
- Repair & Refinishing: Repairing wall surfaces damaged during demolition to ensure a smooth finish, and refinishing all wall, door, and ceiling surfaces.
- Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of all wall surfaces and the concrete deck ceiling, including dusting and removal of spider webs.
- Painting: Painting all wall and ceiling areas, doors, and frames using specified Sherwin Williams primer and topcoat. Gas lines must be painted with proper POL color coding, and fire electrical conduits red, per Robins AFB Facility Standards. Architectural drawings detailing dimensions and areas for cleaning and painting are provided in Attachment 1.

Special Requirements
- Government personnel will provide escort for all Contractor workers.
- Contractor must coordinate with facility security for access.
- Normal facility duty hours are 0600 to 1800 hours, Monday-Friday (excluding Federal Holidays); contractor access is from 0730 to 1700 hours, Monday-Friday.
- Contractor personnel must comply with installation security requirements, including base access procedures for personnel and vehicles.
- Contractor must comply with Government Safety and Health regulations (OSHA, ESOH).
- Mishaps must be reported to the Safety Office and PCO within 1 business hour.
- Government property will not be provided, and no security clearance is expected for contractor personnel.
