Submission Requirements
Interested firms must submit a Capability Statement via email to ryan.p.nicklous.civ@army.mil. Submissions shall not exceed four (4) one-sided, 8-1/2 x 11 pages. No hard-copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Proprietary information will be protected. Concerns regarding the DRAFT SOW should be provided via a separate attachment.

This RFI does not constitute a request for proposal, nor does it commit the Government to procure any services or pay for information submitted. The Government will address concerns and provide a separate Questions and Answers period during the eventual solicitation.
