The acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements (FAR 52.225-5). BACnet/IP data points must be named in accordance with ASHRAE 135, VDI 3814-1, and Ramstein Points Naming Convention. All as-built documents, warranty information, and EDE Files must be provided prior to final Government acceptance.
