Scope of Work
The primary objective is to provide preventative, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance services for DISA's existing BAS systems. This includes supporting a range of systems from simple Direct Digital Control (DDC) to web-based systems with over 30,000 data points. The BAS equipment monitors and controls critical infrastructure such as chillers, air handlers, computer room air handlers (CRAHs), boilers, power distribution systems, emergency generators, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.
Additionally, the contract will involve the installation and expansion of new BAS systems as facility infrastructure requirements evolve. These new systems are intended to connect with future Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) tools, including Data Center Information Management (DCIM) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), to enhance data center management capabilities.
