Scope of Work

- Performing PM services on BAS installed in General Work Areas (GWA) and Public Access Areas (PAA).

- Developing site-specific PM checklists and performing periodic/annual PM activities, such as inspections and UPS battery rotation.
- Offering remote support (up to 20 hours per year) and evaluating/proposing repairs for open deficiencies (up to $10,000 per visit).
- Delivering a BAS PM Site Visit Summary after each visit.
