Scope of Work
The project primarily consists of:
- Structural Steel Surface Preparation and Coating: Application of corrosion-resistant coating systems on exterior stairs, sunshades, roof access stairs, entrance canopies, and chemical storage shed structural components.
- Concrete Crack Repairs: Non-structural interior and exterior concrete crack repairs, including surface restoration and replacement of damaged resilient flooring where required. Exterior cracks visible from 3 feet away and longer than 24 inches must be repaired.
- Associated Work: Mobilization, quality control testing, safety controls, closeout documentation, and warranty requirements.
The facility will remain occupied and operational during construction, requiring coordination with FDA personnel and compliance with security, safety, and access requirements. Contractor personnel will require background checks and Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards.
Contract & Timeline
