All flooring surfaces must be free of previous adhesives, and LVT surfaces sealed. Existing transition strips and rubber cove base will be replaced. The amendment clarifies an approximate quantity of 60,000 SF for Epoxy Resinous Flooring.
  • General: The contractor is responsible for moving furniture and objects, field-verifying all measurements, and ensuring minimal interference as facilities remain operational.
