Special attention is given to bathroom areas and the encapsulation of existing lead paint. Work requires careful coordination as approximately half of the work areas will be available at a time, and existing morals/artwork must be preserved. Flooring Repairs: Involves the removal of existing flooring and installation of new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in sleeping rooms and Epoxy Resinous Flooring in shared/common spaces, lounges, and stairwells. All flooring surfaces must be free of previous adhesives, and LVT surfaces sealed. Existing transition strips and rubber cove base will be replaced. The contractor is responsible for moving and resetting furniture.
