Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary planning, logistical, and management services for the "Building Ranger Families" Program. Key responsibilities include:
- Event Planning & Logistics: Coordination, management, and execution of training events.
- Venue & Accommodation: Provision of lodging, meeting spaces, audio-visual equipment, and childcare services for attendees at CONUS and OCONUS training sites.
- Support Services: Arranging catering, shuttle services, and managing room blocks.
- Personnel: Providing an Event Manager/Planner with at least three years of experience and a CMP or CGMP designation.
- Training Resources: Subcontracting expert trainers, providing alternative training seminars (spiritual guidance, resiliency), purchasing and shipping training materials, and offering bulk copying/printing services.
- Childcare Coordination: Ensuring vendor compliance with licensing, insurance, background checks, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Army Regulation 608-10).
