The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, had sought a qualified contractor for Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Services at Mahoning Creek Lake, New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Original Scope of Work
The requirement included comprehensive grounds maintenance, custodial services, and debris removal across public-use areas such as picnic areas, playgrounds, trails, and shoreline. The contractor would have been responsible for all labor, equipment, supervision, tools, materials, and transportation.
