The contractor shall provide up to 240,000 gallons (- 20%, +0%) of Biodiesel blend (Grades B10 - B14 shall be acceptable). The biodiesel shall be soy based and must meet ASTM D6751 standard for Biodiesel. Fuel shall be delivered from the contractor?s facility or tankers directly into CE64 Fuel Storage Barge on the Mississippi River.
