This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, seeking quotes for the acquisition of interior aluminum bulkhead panels. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Quantity: 10 Each

• Dimensions: 5/8" X 48" X 96"

• Material: Fire-rated decorative laminate on both sides, SPA White color.

• No Part Substitutions Authorized.

• Preservation, Packaging & Marking: Must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, using wooden crates with appropriate cushioning, dunnage, blocking, and bracing. Each package must be marked IAW MIL-STD-129R and barcoded IAW ISO/IEC-16388-2007, Code 39 Symbology. Specific label information required includes NSN, Item Name, Part Number, PO Number, "COAST GUARD SFLC MATERIAL", Condition (A), and Quantity/Unit of Issue.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Payment Terms: NET 30, in accordance with FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment.

• Quote Due Date: April 11, 2026, 12:00 PM EST.

• Delivery Required Date: March 5, 2029. Items must be received no later than 60 days after receipt of order.

• Total Cost: Must include delivery and any freight charges to zip code 21226.

• Shipping: FOB DESTINATION REQUIRED.

• Invoicing: Must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov. A copy of the invoice must also be sent to Stephanie.a.garity@uscg.mil.

• All responsible sources may submit a quotation.

• Vendor must have an active registration in SAM.Gov prior to award.

• Quality Assurance (Q/A): If checked, contractor must notify the Contracting Officer at least seven (07) calendar days prior to being ready for Q/A inspections.

• Packaging Requirement Confirmation: Vendors must indicate if they can meet packaging requirements.

• Deliveries: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 3 pm.

• Invoices for Purchase Orders awarded by SFLC, Baltimore are to be submitted as Non-PO in IPP.
