Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the services required for the maintenance and repair of the Robins AFB Bullet Trap System to ensure its full operational capability for the Combat Arms Training and Maintenance (CATM) program.

• Provide scheduled maintenance and repair services for the Total Containment Bullet Trap system.

• Perform preventive maintenance quarterly in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

• Respond to and repair the unit within four (4) weeks of government request.

• Provide initial response to requests for assistance within two (2) business hours.

• Ensure the Bullet Trap Dust Control Unit (DCU) does not clog due to high humidity.

• The government is responsible for bullet fragments disposal; the contractor is responsible for filter disposal.

• Respond and repair within four (4) weeks of request.

• Quarterly preventive maintenance.

• Deliverables: No more than one rejection per deliverable, and no more than four total rejections per contract year. Rejected deliverables must be corrected and resubmitted within five business days.

• Receipt of CDRL: No more than four late submissions per contract year. Contractor must notify the government of potential delays and negotiate revised dates.

• Initial response to assistance requests within two business hours.

• Period of Performance: Up to 60 months from the effective date of the contract/order.

• Place of Performance: Entirely at Robins AFB CATM Range and facility, hours 0730 – 1630. Alternate hours may be coordinated.

• Contractor personnel must have at least 2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical fields, be able to lift 50+lbs, possess a valid driver's license, and pass background checks.

• Compliance with Government Safety and Health regulations (OSHA, DoD Directive 4715.01E).

• Establishment and maintenance of a site-specific safety and health program (Contractor's Safety and Health Plan).

• Mishap notification and investigation procedures must be followed.

• Compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements.

• Adherence to security regulations including OPSEC, COMSEC, and base access requirements.

• Contractor personnel shall not require security clearances for this contract.

• Access to Government systems is not required.

• Invoicing and payment processing via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
