Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive event management and production services. Key requirements include:
- Core Physical Infrastructure: Provision of an open-top tent (for ~300 people), chairs, and a stage with stairs.
- Optional Services: A wide range of services may be exercised, including sound system setup and operation, lighting design, media platforms, ADA-compliant stage and access, ASL interpretation, portable restrooms, wooden podium, barricade setup, tent audio, on-site water station, overnight security, tent sides, event management (stage management, attendee welcome/seating), noise permitting, video and production services (livestreaming, documentary recording), barricade rental, low-noise generator, and draping/piping services.
