Quick Summary
The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for Burial and Memorialization Electronic Directory (BMeD) Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Platforms. ABMC is conducting market research to identify modern, stable, secure, and easy-to-use COTS platforms that can support both public research and internal staff operations for authoritative burial and memorialization records.
