• Item 0001 & 0002: BUSHING, 1 EA each. Requires RBC SOUTHWEST PRODUCTS INC P/N DBS36-030MOD or equivalent. Must match Item #94 of Drawing 5795278 Rev-K, with a modified length of 2.730+/-.005IN per Note 15 of DWG 5975278 Rev-K.

• Item 0003, 0004 & 0005: BUSHING, 2 EA each. Requires RBC SOUTHWEST PRODUCTS INC P/N DBS32-030-003MOD or equivalent. Must match Item #11 of Drawing 5795278 Rev-K, with a modified length of 2.730+/-.005IN per Note 15 of DWG 5975278 Rev-K.

• Drawings are available upon request with a valid DD Form 2345 and signed security agreement.

• If providing an equivalent item, bidders must submit drawings and specifications for technical evaluation.

• Bidders must include freight in their quoted prices.

• SAM Registration: Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.gov prior to submitting an offer.

• Representations & Certifications: Must be completed and submitted with the quote, including those related to telecommunications equipment (FAR 52.204-26, 52.204-24, 252.204-7016, 52.204-25, 252.204-7018).
