Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by March 27, 2026, 10:00 A.M. Central Time. Required submissions include a technical quote/solution, a completed Pricing Worksheet (Attachment 3), a completed Buy American Compliance Document (Attachment 4), and a statement confirming the total quoted price includes all delivery costs. Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quote is technically acceptable and offers the lowest complete and reasonable price. Evaluation will first rank quotes by price, then assess the lowest-priced quote for technical acceptability.
