Response Requirements

- Detailed capability for full design under DBtB, including proposed A-E firm(s), Alabama licensing confirmation, experience integrating design and construction for fixed budgets, and experience with comparable commercial/institutional office facilities.
- Bonding capability.
- Up to five relevant projects (completed or 50% complete within 5 years), especially DBtB projects, with detailed project information (title, location, description, delivery method, offeror's role, value, budget adherence, relevant features, and reference contacts).
