Scope of Work

  • Site Activation and Support
  • Inventory management and support (tracking Government Property, C-12 unique parts, APU, landing gear, consumables, expendables)
  • Depot Level Support (scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and modifications)
  • Component Repair and Overhaul of Government-owned commercial parts
  • Contractor Field Teams
  • Repair and replenishment of Government-owned parts inventory
  • Supply support
  • Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) and Common Support Equipment (CSE) scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and calibration.

Offerors must demonstrate access to King Air 350 CER 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Stations at various CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Services will be performed at multiple locations including: NSA Bahrain, NSA Guantanamo Bay, MCAS Beaufort (SC), MCAS New River (NC), NAF Atsugi (Japan), Kadena AB (Japan), NAF Misawa (Japan), MCAS Yuma (AZ), MCAS Iwakuni (Japan), MCAS Camp Pendleton (CA), MCAS Futenma (Japan), JRB Belle Chasse (LA), NAS Patuxent River (MD), and Stuttgart (Germany).

  • Experience managing efforts of this nature and subcontractor teams.
  • Specific technical skills.
  • Business status (Small Business, SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, VOSB, SDVOSB) under NAICS 488190, including ability to perform at least 50% of tasking (FAR 52.219-14).
  • Access to commercial parts inventories and pooling strategies.
  • Experience with part upgrades/replacements.
  • ITAR/export concerns.
  • Concerns with a 90-day transition period.
  • Any additional relevant information.
