Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure, deliver, and install a complete short model HC-130J Isochronal (ISO) Inspection Stand System.

• Provide a turn-key solution including purchase, transportation, assembly, installation, and testing of the stand system.

• The system must be new, complete, lightweight, strong, OSHA compliant, and durable for industrial, hazardous chemical, and all-weather conditions.

• Stands must provide safe and efficient access to all major inspection and repair areas of the short HC-130J aircraft.

• The system shall be modular, allowing for independent operation or integration into a complete wrap-around configuration.

• Design & Configuration: Multi-level wrap-around system with modular sections for nose, wings, tail, and fuselage. Must include 6 access stair modules, 2 tail stair access platforms, 2 fuselage bridge access platforms, and 4 wing access platforms.

• Ergonomics & Access: Ergonomic access to elevated work areas, seamless movement between platforms, height-adjustable work zones, and access to specific aircraft areas (APU inlet door, nose landing gear bay, battery compartment, paratroop doors).

• Safety: OSHA compliant, including guardrails (42" top, 21" midrails), fall protection, non-marring bumpers, and anti-slip flooring.

• Utilities: Integrated compressed airline and electrical power outlets (120V 20A) at specified locations. Integrated lighting for work areas and underneath stands.

• Mobility & Storage: Modular design for easy movement, heavy-duty locking casters, and integrated storage for panels (up to 90"x50") and toolboxes.

• Grounding: Integrated grounding system to dissipate static electricity.

• Warranty: Minimum 1-year full warranty on all items.

• Previous Performance: Must provide 6 examples of satisfied customers using the stand design for C-130 aircraft.

• Period of Performance: 360 calendar days from contract award (includes procurement, delivery, and installation).
