DLA Weapons Support (Richmond) proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract which will include multiple NSNs to support the following operational platform: C-5 Seals. A total of 24 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively with various contracts issued as supported by a Qualified Sources List (QSL). Potential sources must either be on the ESA's Qualified Sources List (QSL) or gain ESA qualification before contract award. Contact Jonathan Harrison at jonathan.harrison.3@us.af for QSL inquiries.
The proposed contract will be a 100% small business set aside for period of performance ending on November 24, 2027. Pricing will be evaluated based on the estimated annual demand (EAD). The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract in accordance with FAR 16.504(a)(1). The attached list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately.
This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods based on a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors will be used. The Government may award multiple contracts for this action. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
