Specific project types include aquatic organism passage, buildings, drainage, electrical, environmental, fire protection, geotechnical, historic structures, marine/coastal facilities, mechanical, memorials, pavement, renewable energy, recreation facilities, safety assessments, seismic engineering, site developments, storm drainage, topographic/hydrographic surveying, transportation engineering, and water/wastewater systems. Firms must demonstrate familiarity with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Archeology and Historic Preservation, NPS conservation values, ABAAS, and sustainable design principles.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for A-E services.
  • Period of Performance: Five-year base contract period.
  • Total Value: The total value for all task orders under this IDIQ pool shall not exceed $100,000,000.00.
  • Maximum Ordering Value (per contract): $100,000,000 over its period of performance.
  • Individual Task Order Limit: Not to exceed $5,000,000.
  • Guaranteed Minimum: $1,000 for the life of the contract.
  • Task Order Type: Firm Fixed Price.

Prime A-E firms are required to spend at least 50 percent of the cost of performance on their own employees or employees of other similarly situated small business concerns.   • Evaluation Criteria (descending order of importance): Specialized Experience and Technical Competence, Past Performance (including CPARS data), Capacity, Knowledge of the Geographic Location, and Professional Qualifications (key personnel, disciplines, licenses).
  • Selection Process: Three phases: 1) SF-330 submission, 2) Shortlisting and interviews, 3) Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiation.
