Scope of Work
The selected A/E firm will provide design services for the replacement of the existing 500 kVA, 4160V generator in Building 12. The scope includes:

Evaluation Criteria
SF-330 technical proposals will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 36.602-1 and VAAR Part 836.602-1, based on the following criteria:
- Most Important (Equal Value): Professional Qualifications, Specialized Experience and Technical Competence (including energy conservation, pollution prevention), Experience in Construction Period Services, and Specific Experience and Qualifications of Personnel and their record of working together as a team.
- Slightly Less Important (Equal Value): Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time, and Past Performance (cost control, quality, compliance with schedules, customer satisfaction, CPARS/PPQs).
