Submission & Evaluation
This notice IS NOT a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation will be issued. However, any System for Award Management (SAM) registered firm that believes it can meet the requirement may submit a written notification to the Contracting Officer. This notification must be in the form of a capability statement, explaining how the firm would effectively and efficiently operate in the same footprint as the current A/E contractor. Responses will be used for market research to determine if an alternative approach or competitive procurement is warranted. The Government retains sole discretion in this determination. No reimbursement will be provided for developing a response.
