Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure professional Architect-Engineer (A/E) services for the survey, evaluation, and design of tuckpointing and waterproofing for Buildings 2, 6, 7, 8, and 57 at the VA NJ Health Care System in Lyons, NJ. The project aims to address deficiencies in these approximately 100-year-old buildings.

The A/E services will include:

• Evaluating existing building envelope conditions and structural requirements.
