- Primary Point of Contact's email address
- Copy of Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy for the SDVOSB Prime
- Copy of Pennsylvania State Licensure for the SDVOSB Prime or a statement on how drawings will be sealed by a PA licensed Engineer
- Statement indicating the firm's primary design office. Failure to provide any required documentation may result in non-responsiveness.
Evaluation Criteria
Firms will be evaluated in accordance with the Brooks Act (FAR Subpart 36.6). The top three most highly qualified candidates will be invited for an oral presentation. Key evaluation factors, in order of importance, are:
