Eligibility & Set-Aside
This solicitation is set-aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. To be eligible, offerors must be an SDVOSB, a small business under NAICS 541310, and certified in the SBA database at veterans.certify.sba.gov. A geographic restriction applies: firms must be located within a 275-mile radius of the Wm S. Middleton VA Hospital, Madison, WI, with the prime designer's main office within this area. Additionally, SDVOSB prime contractors must not pay more than 50% of the amount paid by the government for contract performance to non-certified SDVOSB firms.
Submission & Evaluation
Interested firms must submit one electronic copy of the completed Standard Form (SF) 330 via email to john.meyers2@va.gov by 12:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. The file size must be under 10 MB; multiple emails are acceptable. This is a request for SF 330, not an RFP.
