Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit SF 330 Architect/Engineer Qualifications (Parts I and II) in PDF format, limited to 35 pages (excluding licenses and a separate SDVOSB document). A separate document detailing firm information (Cage code, UEI, Tax ID, POC, VetCert registration) is also required. Submissions are via email, not exceeding 5MB. Evaluation Criteria include Specialized Experience and Technical Competence, Professional Qualifications, Past Performance (CPARS from any agency or PPQs in Attachment 3 format), Quality Control, Capacity, Construction Period Services Experience, and Knowledge of Locality. Factors are weighted in descending order of importance.
