  • Location: A/E firm's main or satellite office must be within 450 miles of the James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx, NY.
  • Small Business Subcontracting Commitment: Extent of commitment to use SDVOSBs, VOSBs, and other small businesses as subcontractors.
