Purpose

Scope of Work
The awarded contractor will provide all necessary construction period services to support the replacement of roofs, flashings, and adjacent connections for Buildings 12 and 27. This includes consideration for the replacement, repair, or reinforcement of fall protection systems and other structural elements. The scope encompasses furnishing all materials, equipment, supervision, and personnel required for roof and fall protection system replacement, ensuring egress is maintained throughout construction. Specific activities include roof demolition, fall protection demolition, asbestos abatement, and the installation of new roofs and fall protection systems in accordance with design documents and applicable codes. The work is expected to cover specification divisions such as hazardous materials/demolition, metals, wood and plastics, thermal & moisture protection, electrical, and site improvements.
