This project requires A/E Part One Services (Design Phase) to update and modernize various HVAC systems within Procedure Spaces and Isolation Rooms. Submission Requirements & Eligibility
Interested SDVOSB firms must submit a summary response, not exceeding ten (10) pages, via email to Cedric.Graham@va.gov by the deadline. The subject line must reference "SOURCES SOUGHT: Project 657-21-115JC Correct HVAC in Procedure Room". The response should include:
- Company name, DUNS number, address, point of contact, telephone number, and email address.
- Verification of SDVOSB status.
- Sample information on same or similar type projects completed.
Firms must be registered in SAM.gov with NAICS code 541310 and qualified as an SDVOSB. Registration in the VetBiz registry (https://www.vetbiz.va.gov/) is also required by the response date. In accordance with VAAR 852.219-10, at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance must be spent on employees of the SDVOSB concern or other eligible SDVOSBs.
