Submission & Evaluation

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any interested party believing they can meet the requirement must submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet all original equipment manufacturer (OEM) requirements for Nalco Water's proprietary iChlor system. Required documentation includes:

  • Authorization from Nalco Water to service, operate, and maintain the iChlor system.
  • Access to proprietary equipment, software, and system controls.
  • OEM-trained and certified personnel for the iChlor system.
  • Ability to provide OEM-approved chemicals and maintain NSF and EPA compliance standards.
  • Ability to perform full system monitoring, alarm response, and regulatory reporting.
