The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a qualified Architect-Engineering (AE) firm to provide professional design services for Project 561A4-23-103, "Patient Building Water Piping Survey," at the VA New Jersey Health Care Lyons Campus. Services include site investigation, assessment, and preparation of construction documents for the replacement and reconfiguration of domestic hot water systems.

• This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.

• Firms must be registered in SAM.gov and verified/certified as SDVOSB in the SBA Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) at the time of submission.

• Compliance with VAAR clauses 852.219-75 and 852.219-73 is required, including detailed subcontracting plans.
