This solicitation is for commissioning services for Project 626-26-101, "Upgrade Nashville Generator Systems," at the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Nashville Campus. • Provide third-party commissioning services from design through construction.

• Services include mechanical, plumbing, electrical power, electrical systems, controls, architectural, structural, fire alarm, and fire protection.

• Develop a commissioning plan, conduct design reviews (SD, DD, CD), review submittals, perform construction observations, and track issues.

• Prepare and distribute Pre-Functional Checklists (PFCs).

• Oversee and document Functional Performance Testing (FPT) of the Essential Electrical System (ESS).

• Verify Test, Adjust, and Balance (TAB) results and training.

• Compile a Systems Manual and prepare a Final Commissioning Report.

• Conduct a post-occupancy inspection and provide a warranty commissioning report addendum.

• Ensure the system integrates with the existing Building Automation System (BAS).

• Comply with all applicable VA specifications, guidelines, and federal, state, and local building codes.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.

• Period of Performance: Approximately 650 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (285 days for design, 365 days for construction).
