Scope of Work

- Planning, environmental, operations, and maintenance activities
- Engineering support services (e.g., master planning, lab renovation, SCIF/Open Storage Secret, MEP/geothermal studies/analysis, and alterations)
- Program and Project Management
- Ancillary DPW program support and tenant mission support
Bidders must demonstrate multi-year, ongoing experience in providing these services for multi-building campuses and multiple location sites of comparable size, mission, and scope to the C5ISR mission.

- Past Performance: A Past Performance Assessment Questionnaire (Attachment 0008) will be utilized to evaluate offerors' experience and performance.
- Personnel Clearances: Bidders must ensure proposed personnel meet the required security clearances (TS/SCI, Secret) as detailed in the Security Clearance Validation Sheet (Attachment 0006). Failure to provide appropriate clearance information may lead to disqualification.
