This document outlines the requirements for a "Grandma Tract Well Inspection and Evaluation" at the Modoc National Wildlife Refuge. • Contract Type: Best Value Tradeoff - Price First.

• Period of Performance: Site visit within two (2) weeks of Notice to Proceed (NTP); final report within forty-five (45) days of NTP.
