The custom aluminum trailer must be 14-feet long, 99.5 inches wide, constructed of 6061 T6 aluminum, and include two 6000 lb torsion axles with electric brakes, LED lighting, and a cutout for oxygen units. Delivery is FOB Destination to a contractor's facility within 100 miles of Sacramento, California, by June 1, 2026.

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes via email to oscar_orozco@fws.gov and oscar_orozco@ios.doi.gov. Required documents include a completed SF 1449, company information (name, UEI, POC), signed amendments, completed FAR provisions 52.212-3 and 52.204-24, a manufacturer's specification sheet, and a drawing/diagram of the proposed unit. Evaluation will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Technical submissions will be assessed on a Pass/Fail basis, with failure to meet requirements or provide documentation resulting in a Fail rating. Price reasonableness will also be evaluated.
