This document is a solicitation for SCREW CAPS. The government anticipates awarding a firm, fixed-price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.

The solicitation specifies several types of screws, including HEX CAP, SELF LOCK screws with varying lengths and materials (Nickel Copper Aluminum Alloy, QQ-N-286).

• Offer Due Date/Local Time: January 22, 2026, 12:00 AM

• Questions Deadline: 4 days prior to the solicitation's closing date, submitted via email to STORMY.A.CAUDILL.civ@us.navy.mil.

• Evaluation Factors: The government will select the most advantageous offer based on technical factors including delivery date, price, and past performance (in no order of relative importance).

• Submission Requirements: Offerors must provide their name, SAM registered CAGE code, email address, phone number, company size, and specific details for each CLIN including Manufacturer's Name, Manufacturer's Size, Part Number, and Country of Origin.

• Exceptions: All exceptions to the solicitation's terms, conditions, specifications, or statement of work must be noted. Failure to note exceptions will be considered as taking no exception.

• Single Award: A single award will be made for all items due to their interrelationship.

• The acquisition is set aside for Small Business.

• North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code: 332722

• Size Standard: 600

• Offerors must be registered in the SAM system to receive an award.

• Invoices will be submitted via WAWF (Clause 252.232-7006).
