Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

• Vendor-Specific Terms: Quotes containing terms and conditions that conflict with or differ from the RFQ's terms and conditions, or statutory/regulatory requirements, may be considered unacceptable.

• The contract will be awarded on a single-award basis.

• Offers must contain all requested information; partial quotes or quotes received after the closing date will not be accepted.

• The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award without exchanges, so initial quotes should represent the vendor's best terms.

• The Government reserves the right to conduct exchanges if deemed necessary.

• Small Business Program Representations: Offerors must represent their status as a small business, small business joint venture, women-owned small business, economically disadvantaged women-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, or HUBZone small business. Specific representations are required for joint ventures.

• Covered Defense Telecommunications Equipment or Services: Offerors must represent whether they provide such equipment or services.
