The completed cable assembly shall have a minimum length of 150 feet. Specific part numbers are P/N: 1150896-115; EBPN 19-87-3223MOD6, and the National Stock Number is 5995016939260.

Completed provisions 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 252.204-7016, and 252.204-7019 must be included. Vendors must list the country of origin for each line item. Quotes must include price(s), FOB point, Cage Code, point of contact (name and phone number), GSA contract number (if applicable), business size under the NAICS Code, and preferred payment method (GCPC or WAWF).
