Instructions for Offerors
Quotes should provide an estimated repair price for the full effort and include the cost of new (actual or estimated) for evaluation. Offerors must specify any exceptions, including packaging, labeling, or inspection locations. If not the Original End Manufacturer (OEM), provide the OEM's name, CAGE, and a signed letter of authorization as a distributor. Only authorized distributors will be considered.
Additionally, quotes must include the Teardown & Evaluation Rate, proposed RTAT, Throughput Constraint, and Induction Expiration Date. Price reductions will apply for failure to meet the required RTAT.
Quality Assurance
The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, with the Government reserving the right to perform its own inspections. Records of inspection work must be maintained for 365 days post-delivery. Inspection and testing of repaired items must adhere to the original manufacturer's specifications and drawings.
