Evaluation & Source Approval
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. However, all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals/quotations. Offers received within 45 days of publication will be considered. Award is contingent upon the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meeting qualification requirements in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. New sources must qualify per the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity.
