Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to TRICIA.WINTERSTEEN@DLA.MIL. To be deemed responsive, bids must include a completed and signed solicitation, manufacturer, country of origin, and lead time for delivery (FOB destination). If quoting an alternate item, the manufacturer, country of origin, and a spec sheet are mandatory. Contractors awarded this opportunity are required to have a current NIST SP 800-171 assessment (DFARS 252.204-7019), unless the item is Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS), which must be identified during the solicitation period. Evaluation will be based on Technical, Price, and Past Performance. Invoices must be submitted electronically using Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
Additional Notes
Contractors will require a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential for base access, and all deliveries must pass through the base Truck Inspection Station. Inspection Level is QA 4 - 7 days inspection.
