Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To install one (1) wall-mounted ScramblePad/card reader at Robins Air Force Base (RAFB) Building 350 to enhance security measures and restrict access to authorized personnel.

• Installation of one (1) Combined ScramblePad/card reader.

• Provision of all necessary hardware for a complete and functional system.

• Inclusion of a new door controller, as the existing system lacks one or available inputs.

• Utilization of OSDP/RS-485 communication protocol for the door controller.

• Ensuring ScramblePad/card reader compatibility with HID ProxCard II Clamshell Cards (part# 1326LSSMV) and contactless methods.

• Contractor must comply with all security regulations and directives, including DoD 5220.22-M, NISPOM, and AFI 31-101.

• Contractor personnel require appropriate security clearances.

• Contractor personnel must be escorted 100% of the time while on Robins AFB.

• Contractor personnel must wear visible identification as Contractors.

• Standard Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 0730 – 1700, excluding federal holidays, unless otherwise approved.

• Government will not provide any property, equipment, parts, or material.

• Contractor shall provide all required personal protective equipment (PPE).

To install one (1) TS Wall Mount Government Reader and one (1) ScramblePad with associated hardware onto an existing entry/exit point in Building 350, to provide enhanced security measures and restrict access to authorized personnel. This acquisition supports the United States Air Force (USAF) Operational Security (OPSEC) requirements.

• Install one (1) TS Wall Mount Government Card Reader.

• Install one (1) TS ScramblePad Network (PoE) Terminal.

• Install associated battery and installation hardware/cables.

• Integrate the new reader with the existing RAFB security system (WIN-PAK) and software (Identiv uTrust Velocity). Interface compatibility is mandatory.

• Provide one (1) year of maintenance for the reader.

• Ensure the work area is clean and free of debris upon completion, reinstalling or returning any removed items to their original location.
