- Volume: Approximately 7,189 pieces are issued annually across the 26 air stations, averaging 277 pieces per station.
- Turnaround: Non-emergent calibrations require a 10-business-day return from pickup/drop-off.
- Emergency/Priority: Emergency services within 24 hours (portable/on-site non-portable), priority services within 2 business days (portable/on-site non-portable), and onsite visits for non-portable items within 10 business days of notification.
